When I change my background color to black, why doesn't my text change to white?
-
I’m currently running Blogum, and I’d like to use a black background (the default is white background/black text). In the customizer I can select a black background, and the text changes accordingly to white and grey. However, if I save the changes and view my blog normally, the header and content text reverts to black, rendering it invisible against the black background. In other words what I see in the customizer isn’t what saves to the site, so there’s got to be some kind of bug here – in the meantime all dark background colors are unusable.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Dan,
Can you let me know a bit more about the areas that aren’t changing on your blog? When I save the dark background to a test blog, the text saves as white as shown here:
Let me know what you’re experiencing on your side!

Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for your reply and I apologize for not getting back earlier, I was traveling and didn’t have access to my account. I took a couple screenshots to demonstrate the problem: http://imgur.com/a/EnO7oThe top image is how it appears in the customizer window, and the bottom image is how it looks after I save and reload the page. Thanks,
-Daniel(The site I’m having problems with is http://exnihilonihilfit.com/)
