When I check my site, I can’t see my site theme pic.

    I installed the ‘TAR’ theme. Activated it. Checked my site & the theme pic doesn’t show in the background. The background is black & white.
    Can you, please, help me fix this issue.
    Your recommended hosting partner, Blue Host, suggest that I talk to you, as you are the vender & they cannot do anything about it.

    Guys,
    I really need help on the above issue, Blue Host has been playing me, for the past 3 weeks.

    P.S. Please, note that, technically, I am a beginner. So, if you have a solution for me, kindly, take it easy on me & tell me, step-by-step how to resolve this issue.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    Please contact support for the theme you’re using directly for help with this.
