When I check 'Summary', my articles still in Full Feed!
-
Hello,
From [Settings>Reading>For each article in feed, show], I selected ‘Summary’, which I assume is in other words, ‘partial feeds’. After scrolling down and clicking ‘Save Changes’, I opened up my blog, only to find that my article in my feed are STILL full posts. I have just started blogging on 07/24/2013, so quite the newbie, though not technologically challenged. If you could please help me trouble shoot this, that would great!Thank you,

This is your feed URL and I see only excerpts in it http://techyshaun.wordpress.com/feed/

That does not affect the length of the post displayed on the front page or main page for posts on the blog. To create excerpts there we can split content by inserting “the more tag” http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

Currently on the home page on my blog, all articles are full articles. How do I make them just summaries? For example, when an article has a link saying: “Continue reading here…”
