When I click on a picture i’ve posted, why is it missing? It goes to a page that says: “Nothing Found.
Apologies, but no results were found for the requested archive. Perhaps searching will help find a related post.”
Please help correct this! Thanks!

This is a peer support forum where Volunteers answer support questions. In fact this support forum has a very quick turnaround time when it comes to answering questions. In other support forums the wait is on average 24 hours for a first response. You waited 3 minutes before you bumped your own thread.

If you post thr URL for the image in question we will be able to answer your question.
Was the image deleted from your Media Library? If so it will not be displayed because when a browser calls for it to be displayed it’s not on the servers.
Was the image hosted on a thrid party site such as photobucket or the like?

The images give a not-found response when clicked because what you’ve pasted in their Link URL fields is wrong: a link can’t work if the http part is missing. Instead of this:
http://www.KillBadPhotography.com
you need to paste this:
http://www.killbadphotography.com/PS Next time you’ll think of complaining after three minutes, try to remember that this is a forum, not a phone answering service.

I understand what the problem is. My complaint is not about you or the input I’m getting from members of WordPress. It’s simply because the information that wordpress give in the “contact support” process is misleading and I’d rather not post a thread to solve a simple problem and waste your time. Thanks for the help but you guys really need to relax! Sheesh!

Much obliged for the suggestion… If you’d seen how often we see useless bumps you would have realized why your second post above was easy to misunderstand. Anyway, sorry for that. Now, re that post, yes, WP no longer allows you to contact staff directly (and personally I find that totally unacceptable), but there’s nothing “misleading” in the information they give: they make it quite clear that you’ll be posting “a new question in our public forums”, and the submit tab says “Ask the Community for Support”; the only misleading thing is the wording of the initial “Contact Support” link. And if you think you’d “rather not post a thread” here, think again: when you post a question in these forums, chances are it will be answered within hours if not minutes, while when you could contact staff you’d get a reply after several days if not weeks.
