When I click “Update Profile”, the screen turns white

  When I was editing my profile today I clicked “Update Profile” and then the screen up from the part that has the green bar that loads up to the part where it shows all the tabs turned white. It’s really weird.Please help

  We always need a link to the blog, starting with http, before we can answer technical questions. We basically always have to look at it.

  Raincoaster, my blog is http://cahockeycoolstuff.wordpress.com I can’t make it so that my name links to it because the screen turns white and it doesn’t save so it doesn’t work

  What browser and browser version are you using? Try logging out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and try again. If you have a different browser, try that.

  If that doesn’t work, then contact staff at http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ and make sure and include what browsers and versions you have tried with.
