When I create a page it set the same for the other pages

So when I created a page in this case https://ndraikey.com and going to edit other page it set the same. ( If I didn’t explain correctly you can visit the site and click at the header one of the site ( account, login etc) and you will see.

It appears you might have added the content to the template in the site editor instead of adding it to the page on your site. Ensure you create a page and add the content to the page as explained here:
