When i created my account, i selected “just a username”, but now i want a blog.

So i created my username on WordPress, and I really wanted to use it to basically build a website, so i just chose “just a usename” instead of “gimme a blog” is there any way to jut get a blog now?
This website is incredibly hard to use and i’d really like to use it, but i’m so confused.
