When I delete photos from my media library, do they also disappear from my blog?

  I was running out of space in my media library, so I deleted quite a few photos from the library. I did not realize that they would also disappear from my blog. (I’ve done this in the past and it seemed like they stayed in the blog—has this changed?) Anyway, if this is true, is there a minimal charge to just upgrade my media storage, or do I have to go with the $99 premium upgrade?

  Please note that this would not have been possible. It may be that the images you were using were hosted elsewhere. But, if you are linking to images in your Media > Library and you remove them, it will disappear from your site.
