When I edit a post embedded YouTubes get converted to hyperlinks

    When I copy and paste a YouTube (or Sound Cloud audio) link into a post it gets converted to an embedded YouTube video just as expected. However, if I go back to edit a typo or add something these embedded objects get converted back to hyperlinks when I save the edited post.

    The only way I have found around this is to delete the link completely and go find the video or audio again to copy and paste the link back in to be converted to an embedded video.

    This is quite annoying.
