When I edit a post, the screen goes up. So I can’t see what I’m writing!

  How can I stop my screen from going up when I’m writing my posts. If I add anything to a block, it doesn’t stay on that block. It will go to the top of the post. It gets annoying and I’ve tried doing some of the things I read online, but I don’t have those options on here.
