When I enter my site and then click on My Site, I no longer see any of the menu items …

  When I enter my site and then click on My Site, I no longer see any of the menu items and cannot see WP Admin ewhere I do a lot of my work. More than that, when I click on Reader, it tells me that I don’t have a site and asks if I’d like to create one!

  I should have added that, yes, I was and I am logged in to WP
