When I export, it downloads an HTML file, however I need a XML file.

  When I export, I need all content, but when I do it downloads a HTML file. The only way I can get a XML file is if I click Pages or Post. But again I need ALL CONTENT for my new WP blog and I need a XML file not HTML. Help! :)
