Why are Publicize options different from Share options?

  When I publicize, my friends can only “Like”, “Comment” or “Read Original Post”. When I use the Facebook sharing button to share, I get “Like”, “Comment” and “Share”. I’d prefer the second set of selections instead of the first set.

  Unfortunately, this is a limitation of Facebook. A post made through a third-party application (Publicize) is handled differently than a post made through their Share service.
