when I hit edit the page comes up blank

  Trying to edit my Shop page but when I hit the Edit link it comes up blank except for the Help ? mark in the lower right corner.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  also. I can’t respond to notifications because the window spins in slo-mo and never opens

  Hi there,

  It sounds like your browser isn’t loading all the code the site needs to work properly.

  Try clearing the browser cache, and if you have any browser add-ons installed, disable those. Also unplug your modem/router for a few seconds before restarting it.

  If that makes no difference, can you check if using another browser or, if possible, another internet connection helps at all?
