When I hit upload it clears my pic

  I am attempting to upload my own picture for the header and also my own background. Once I select the picture…I hit upload and rather than uploading the picture…it just clears out the “browse” bar.

  Can you let me know what browser and operating system you’re using?

  Additionally, does this happen when you’re trying to upload both the header and the background?
