When I log in and go to ‘My Site’ it says ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.’

  I do not have access to my website, stating I haven’t started one yet. I’ve lost all my paperwork regarding my account as we had a devastating office fire in June of 2021. Please help!

  Hi there,

  It’s saying that because the hendrixlauren account doesn’t have any sites. You created this account with us in July 2020, but according to our logs you’ve never created any sites under this account.

  Can you tell me the URL of the site you’re looking for? It’s either under a different WordPress.com username account, or you might be using WordPress at an entirely different hosting provider.

  If I know the URL I can tell you which it is, and point you to the right process to regain access.
