It has been some time since I accessed my blogs, and I may be using the wrong admin account to login (i don’t know how to find out), but when I login I no longer see my three sites that I can manage. I’m starting to panic becasue I’m an author who has the URLs listed on the back of 20+ books. Can you please relieve my stress and help me gain access to my sites again? Thank you!

    Correct account: Unknown

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

These are the three sites I’m referring to:
    freethepen.wordpress.com
    janmarquartlcsw.wordpress.com
    janmarquartauthor.home.blog

Hi @janmarquart, these sites just seem to be under another account. Can you try commenting on one of the sites, then checking to see which email address the notification is sent to? Then, log out and log back in with that email.

If necessary, here’s how to recover access: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

I went on that link and I chatted with someone who said this was not wordpress.com and they couldn’t help me.

I have had my wordpress account for years and I need to get into it. This is all so confusing. Is there anyone out there who can assist me? I’ve worked on this for two days now and nothing has helped.

    Hi there, @janmarquart!

    Thanks for reaching back.

To clarify, all three of the sites you shared are hosted here with us at WordPress.com but they are owned by a different WordPress.com account.

Do you know of a different WordPress.com account you may have that uses a different email address?

We are happy to help you regain access to this account with those sites but we must verify ownership of those sites. To do so, please fill out our account recovery form here:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

Looking forward to hearing from you.
