When I login under my web page name

  • Unknown's avatar

    1. A message appears that says my web page doesn’t exist when I try to login under a-1caregiving.com
    2. I have been trying unsiuccessfully to set up Yaost EOS. In the process of instillation, I keep getting a message about my license verification not found. I was in contact with someone last week, and thought it was in place. HELP ME, pretty please. I am begging you. I am so discouraged.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

a-1caregiving.com is hosted by Incapsula, not by WordPress.COM
    Name Servers:
    ns1.bluehost.com
    ns2.bluehost.com

WordPress.COM hosted sites and WordPress>ORG software installs on paid hosting and local installs have different logins and different support documentation. Unfortunately, you are posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted sites on our servers and your site is not among them. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and you can read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

For hosting issues contact your web host. For software issues post to the WordPress.ORG support forums.

The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support.
The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/
If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support.

It’s nice to know all that is available. But, actually, I copied this…..https://wordpress.com from the web address area on my iPad when I login to my web page using my email (email visible only to moderators and staff). The problem is, I can’t login under my web page a-1caregiving.com. Perhaps a virus or some other infiltration.

That’s interesting that you said I am hosted by incapsula. I’ve never heard of it. Could it have taken over my page?
    Sorry for all the questions.

    Hi dsky1024,

    @timethief
is correct when she says a-1caregiving.com is hosted elsewhere. Incapsula appears to be Bluehost hosting if that helps?

I copied this…..https://wordpress.com from the web address area on my iPad when I login to my web page

a-1caregiving.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site but the Jetpack plugin creates the connection to your WordPress.com account — meaning you can edit the site through your account here.

Therefore, you have two sets of login details:

    1. The username and password for your account on https://wordpress.com
    2. The username and password for the account you have on a-1caregiving.com

If you want to login at http://a-1caregiving.com/wp-admin/, please use the username and password for the account you have on that site (not your WordPress.com account). The password can be reset from the Lost Passwords page if you are unsure.

I’ll be here if you have any questions.
