Will you please check out the reasons for non-appearance here >
http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/#missing-postsIf you have assigned too many Tags to the posts then you need to edit and delete. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/ After removal note it may take several days for your posts to begin displaying there.
If none of those reasons for non-appearance apply to your posts then type modlook into the tags in the sidebar of this thread so you get Staff assistance.

My blog isnt provate, I havnt used too many tags, I dont think its mature or offensive, my blog isnt that new since other posts have shown up, and my blog is in english

Private – Posts are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private posts are not visible in the Reader, feeds, or in any search. A post can be private without being password protected.

the post exists, it is on my homescreen but not the blogs i follow reader, thus I worry my followers cant see it either

This is a sincere question. I don’t’ have much experience with private blogs. The blog is private so why would the posts be visible in the Reader?
