When I post a page in wordpress then automatically publish that page as post ?

  Is it possible in wordpress ? Whenever I post a page (not post) in wordpress then automatically also publish as post on home page.

  or vice versa whenever I publish a post then also generate a page of same content of that post.

  No. There is no way to automatically convert a Page to a Post or visa versa. It’s a copy and paste job.
