when i post blog it only shows beginning of poem, then read more….. why?

it no longer show full poem, just part, when i post a new piece. Then, it has a link that states read more….; this has not been the case and i have about 50 approx poems posted why?

PS. http://www.thehackpoet.com check it out, also what is a good upgrade to get more exposure with out connecting to social networks? first ? more important

In this case, you entered a More tag right at the top of the post. Just edit it to remove it. It might be easier to see from the HTML editor tab.
As for exposure on social networks, try Publicize: http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/
