When I publicize my blog with facebook, image box is "empty" (with an "icon")

  After I upgrade to WordPress 4.0, using jet-pack, when I click the Facebook button in the bottom of a post, I get incomplete information, and the picture box, that used to show mi picture appears empty.

  Under Settings -> General I find no option to add a Blavatar.

  My mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
