When I put the address in it says ‘Opps! That page cant be found’

  I have set up many wordpress sites. My site appears to be posted, but when I actually put the web address it says, ‘Opps! That page can not be found.’ It shows the title of the web page and the tag line underneath, but no content after. Why?
