  When I try and login with Username, Email or Password, None of these work.
  When I request a password reset, it says’ ERROR: There is no account with that username or email address.’

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Are you trying to log in here at the host WordPress.com when you actually need to be logged in somewhere else entirely?
