When I right-click on my website and choose "Inspect Element"…

  When I right-click in my blog/website and I select “Inspect element”, two fields show up on the screen. At the bottom is a black field with HTML in it, and on the right is another field with two tabs “Rules” and “Computed” dealing with CSS.

  Is there a resource that tells me what I am looking at–what these features are, their purpose and how they are used? I just stumbled upon them and can find no documentation on them.
