When I share the URL to my homepage on facebook, no image thumbnail displayed

    I’m going live with my site and want to share the url on my facebook. when i enter the link no thumbnail is displayed. i would like it to display my company logo. i have tried using SEO by yoast, gravatar, etc., to no avail. my wordpress URL is http://www.destinationx.org. i am posting the link from my personal facebook profile. thanks so much!
