When I sharing my post, a casual immagine of instagram appears!

  Help me!!! Have a big problem.
  My theme is Triton Lite.
  When I sharing a my blog’s post on the social network (fb for example) the image that appears is a casual photo of instagram.
  This happens when some of my readers sharing my post, too.
  I try to write the post with or without the immagine in evidence but it happens anyhow.
  I have instagram like a widget on the sidebar.
  When I sharing a post, I would like that appears the immagine in evidence that I choise!

  Can you send me a link to a specific post where you’ve seen this problem? There are a few things that could cause this problem, so if I have a sample post I’ll be better able to tell you which one is causing your issue.
