When I try to post something new, I get a entirely different page.

Why has the way my blog displays changed? I did not change it. When I go to upload new posts, I am not given the options I once was, photo, quotes, website etc. My photo’s do not upload as the normal size they once did. They are smaller. I don’t know why my blog changed since I didn’t change it. I would like it to display as it always has with the options to upload different options.

Yes it has been changed. The workarounds are:
When you go to the drop-down menu on the left of the grey Admin bar, and you get to NEW, instead of opening up the drop down menu options Page, Post, etc, just click the word New. Gets you straight to the fully featured dashboard editor.
