When I type in the WordPress home page I get the ja.wordpress.com

I have no clue why this is happening but when I type in wordpress.com it redirects to ja.wordpress.com
Anybody have any clue why that would happen? I ran a scan on my computer. In order to log into my site I have to put the whole prompt (login.php)

This is strange. You aren’t by any chance using a proxy server that might be rerouting your connection through Japan, are you?
