Hi @matthewcoppola, looks like your site is not hosted at WordPress.com. To solve this, you can contact your host provider to learn how to install an SSL certificate on your site.

Hi there, as @kleyhalisson mentioned, matthewcoppola.com is not using WordPress.com nameservers
    Nameservers:
    NS1.DNSPACKAGE.COM
    NS2.DNSPACKAGE.COM

If by chance you are forwarding (and possibly masking) your domain to your WordPress.com site from your domain registrar, you’ll want to make sure that you are using the https:// version of your WordPress.com address in the DNS settings at your domain registrar.

Just to let you know, the proper way to set up your WordPress.com site to use your custom domain is to upgrade to the Personal plan so you can connect your domain following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/ When you forward and mask your domain, it can cause issues both with the WordPress.com theme and search engines.

Hope that helps but post back here if you have other questions about this.
