When I upload a video, it actually uploads it twice

    When I upload a video from my computer, it actually uploads it twice.
    Both of them show up in my list of usable videos to embed.

    This takes up my space allotment and if I clean it out I sometimes throw away the one I pointed to.

    Hi,

    This is a new issue we haven’t seen before. Would you mind answering a few questions to help us isolate what’s occurring:

    1. Are you uploading videos directly into the Media area of your Dashboard or via the Add Media button on a post?
    2. After the video is uploaded, are there any error messages that are displayed?
    3. Have you attempted to upload a video using a different browser? If so, does the issue persist?
