when i upload images they have black line frames!
-
I edit my images before uploading them to my blogs.
When I upload them to my post, the images have thin black line frame around them..
How can I get rid of those frames? Thanks
Jo

If you go to enter the post and click on the image, there’s an icon in your editor which looks like a small tree. If you click that there’ll be an option for border; if you enter a 0 that should remove the border.
If it doesn’t it’s your blog’s theme creating the border. You’ll need to go into the code editor and add style=”border: none;” at the end of the image address.
For instance this should work for your first image; just paste it in. Hope that helps. :)

Forget this link: the tree icon is #12> below.

Hi cjwriter,
Thank you so much for your advice….it works…!!!!
However,I tried the tree thing and it didn’t work…
So,I went to code editor and included <img src=”http://koreancooking.files.wordpress.com/2008/01/myungdongkal11.jpg” height=”532″ width=”399″ style=”border: none;” /> and input border=0 in a small tree box. The frame of image finally disappeared…My question is…
Do I have to go through these 2 step editings every single image I upload???
It is a lot of workd since I upload about 10-20 images per post….:-(Again, thank you so much for your help!!!

The black border is part of your theme’s design. If you choose a theme that doesn’t add image borders you won’t have to do that.
