when I use my web address in comments they do not appear
-
When I comment on sites such as http://www.ohsheglows.com/ or http://www.carrotsncake.com (which I believe are wordpress sites) and I enter my website (www.vigoroflife.com) into the optional website box the comments never appear. I asked Tina from carrots and cake and she said it may be going to the spam filter. How can I fix this since it is happening on all sites.

Both of those sites are running the free WordPress software, but are not hosted by WordPress.com. So I cannot check their site settings specifically on this issue.
There is nothing in the WordPress.com system that indicates your site as spam. So it’s most likely that something in your comments entry is hitting their Comment Moderation settings:

Site owners have complete control over those settings.
If you’re ending up in their spam filter they can move you to ‘not spam’ to help the spam filter learn that you’re an approved commentor, or they can adjust those moderation settings.

Then it’s possible your web address is the very thing triggering their comment moderation. Most spam filter plugins will search all fields, including your name, email, and website information.
For comment moderation and spam, the site owner is in completely control of this. If they’re using Akismet or Jetpack Comments on their site and they cannot keep you out of the spam filter, they can submit a report here:
But the most important step is that they click ‘not spam’ on your comments, if that’s what they want.
