When I want to create a jump to a 2nd page, what do I do if the heading has peri

    The instructions on jump pages says that a link to another page should follow this model:

    However, the text of the heading I want to jump to is:
    25. Seven Days (2007) – Tachibana Benio (author) & Takarai Rihito (artist)

    how do I handle the non-text characters when replacing “#text-of-your-heading”? When I just use “#25.-Seven-Days-(2007)-–-Tachibana-Benio-(author)-&-Takarai-Rihito-(artist)”, it (obviously) doesn’t work.
