When is WordPress gonna refund my money?

  I bought a plan for my blog and in a few hours I changed my mind and wanted a refund. It’s been 10 days and nothing happened. They owe me 100 dollars and it’s too much to just leave it. I want it back and I wonder when are they going to? What do I suppose to do?

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and I see that a refund was issued when you cancelled that plan. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.
