When logging in, WP sends me to "Blogs I Follow" not my site

  When I first signed up for WordPress awhile ago, when I logged in I was taken right to my dashboard. Now I have to go through 3 or 4 clicks. Instead of my dashboard, where I just want to post something or check stats and then log out, I am being sent to someone else’s blog to read.

  So, I un-followed the one blog I was following, just to speed up getting to my blog. What happens? Right after I log in, WP suggests blogs for me to follow……

  Is there a way to get around this? What happened to just logging in to post something? Is WP trying to increase traffic by shoving pages after my log in? What’s up?

  Don’t use that. Log in at http://vigilatholycross.wordpress.com/wp-admin and that will take you straight to your dashboard.

  You’re welcome. You might also want to use the Meta widget, which should log you in to your dashboard unless they’ve changed something.
