When making or editing a post BEFORE update_ all picture embedding are in HTML code. What to do to s

  Pictures are shown only by URL code in my tekst when I edit or make a new post. This happend always before I update my blog. I think I use the visual in posts. What to do for changing ? I want to se the pictures in my text- not codes!
