  I activated paid plan for my account today. When will it be activated?

  Hi there, I see you bought a domain without a plan. The domain is active and when I visit the site, it’s redirected to the free address. Did you need more help?

  I am new to wordpress and not able to change my paid domain as primary. Could you please let me know how can i fix this?

  You need a Personal plan or higher to be able to make a custom domain a primary domain.

  @priyankasarohae7382999ec I just thought I’d add, if you’d like to use this domain and add a plan to it, let us know. Since the domain comes free with a plan for the first year, we can add credits if you’d like. That will be less messy than trying to cancel the domain.

  I have activated Personal plan and in plan its mentioned “Dozens of free themes”.
  But i am not able to find any except the themes which were there with free plan. Could you please help with this?

  How to apply those credits?

  You can use those credits to move up from the Personal plan to any of our higher plans (Premium, Business, etc.) and we will deduct the credits so you do not pay full price.
