When people try to view my blog's pictures, it says they must be a blog member?

People aren’t allowed to see my blog’s pictures. When they try it tells them that they must be a member of the blog to view the pictures. Is there a way I can fix this problem, maybe a setting I need to toggle?

I am so sorry to have wasted your time, I realized that the picture had somehow linked to another private blog that I was a member of, and that was what was preventing people from seeing it! Thank you so much
