When receive refund?

    Hello, i canceled the Theme purchase many days ago but still have not received refunds. When i can get it?

    Hi there,

    Refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

    After that period if you haven’t received the refund you can contact the Support staff by adding the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic.

    Hi there,

    Your were refunded for the Premium theme on 2017-03-22. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    The refund has been sent from here so if you still haven’t received it in a couple of days, I’d recommend contacting your bank. You can give them the transaction ID that appears on the refund receipt.
