When subscribers get new email?

  Hello. If I want to edit my first (already published post) will the subscribers get an email notice if the changes are only minor? Or, can I manage this feature somehow: “send email notice to subscribers only if there is a new post published”? Thanks in advance. nyubu

  As dare as I know only the initial publishing of the post results in an email notification, and not any edits.

  tt, have you looked at this:
  (under “Settings” —> Email Post Changes)
  ‘Enable
  (a tickable box for) Send an email when a post or page changes.

  It seems to me that it could generate a lot of unwanted email updates. Or am I reading that wrong?
