When switching from WordPress.com to .org, do users migrate as well?

    If I switch from WordPress.com to WordPress.org, will all of my users (i.e., authors, editors, administrators, etc.) migrate as well or do they have to create new accounts after everything is switched over to WordPress.org? I will be using Bluehost as my host if that makes any difference.
