When the Help Isn't Helping

I am try8ing to set up a third blog. It’s been a while — I didn’t need tokens to set up the previous sites. Fine -life goes on.
The problem: There’s no information about what a token is, how one acquires one, who gets to acquire it, etc.
A whole lot of people have had similar questions, if the topic list is to be believed. Why then, is there no FAQ entry on the topioc?
And why, for the love of Mike, don’t you GET that stating …um, stuff, like: “Please start a new thread for your question and tag it with ‘modlook’ for a staff reply.” Makes absolutely no sense to the thousands of newbies you’re trying to bring to your product? This is basic customer service. I can’t believe it’s lacking here.

@angelausery- In order to point you in the right direction, let us know the address of the 3rd site. Is it hosted here on WordPressdotcom or with a different hosting provider?

@angelausery – If your getting the “An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User” error when trying to create a new site here on WordPressdotcom, please try the suggestions in this Staff reply: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/access-token-2?replies=3#post-3025305
