when to downlad new themes

  Hi, i have a new question,
  first of all this is the link for my blog: http://andreapregl.wordpress.com
  as you can see i just started it and i’m tring to fix it, my question is: can i download themes from internet and then upload its in my account? i have the free account so far, the base one and i’m not sure if with this i can do something, i tried to use filezilla but i didn’t have any ftp account on wich i can upload the new themes.

  you cannot upload themes here, if you have knowledge of CSS you can purchase the CSS upgrade and design to a certain extent. Theres no official CSS forum for help.

  thanks aw1923 for your reply, probabily i will go for the CSS upgrade (didn’t know that much about CSS but i will learn, i prefer tring to do a blogh more personal)
