When to Elementor?

    I am trying to get a cleaner understanding of when I should or should not use elementor vs Astra Pro customizer but cannot find any decent documentation or “best practices” as to where to draw the line. Headers? Footers? What about widgets when I see that some of the premium templates are using SiteOrigins… Anyone found a good way to navigate this?

    Why do I even care? I tried to use Elementor to edit the “Blog” page that was from an Astra site and it failed. That led to this question on a larger scale basis.

    It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
