Okay, when I click the link on my phone I can access the site, but I still cannot log in as admin… Any ideas?

Yes, it seems you have an issue with your .htaccess file. Check if you have .htaccess file exists in root ? if no, create empty file and upload it onto root. after that go to admin and just update permalink settings. If .htaccess file exists, you need to check if any wrong rule is there in file.
