when uploading a video, does the video have ot be below certain time lenght?

I’m planing on getting the video upload package and maybe more storage but I have a question that I couldn’t find the answer to on the forum. I understand that I can upload a file size upto 1GB. So if I’m uploading a 1GB video, would I still have to stay below certain time length? for example YouTube videos can’t be longer than 15mins. The videos I plan to share would be about 30-45 mins long, will this be a problem?

The video can be as long possible, as long as the overall file size does not exceed 1GB.
