When uploading company logo image to header, it shows the image twice instead of once.

  Hey guys, I appreciate any help I can get in regards to this issue.

  Every time I upload my company logo to the header section, it uploads the logo twice. So there are 2 logos side by side. I don’t know how to fix it, and its been bugging me for quite some time. Please help! Thanks in advance!

  Is this an issue on every platform, or only on mobile/tablet?

  Are you using custom CSS?

  What is the size of the image you want to use as a logo?

  Hey metaman0, I am only having this issue as I am working on the website on my MacBook, Safari. I haven’t taken a look to see if it is happening on mobile or tablet.

  I don’t believe that I am using a custom CSS….. Im just uploading the photo from my desktop.

  The size of the image that I am attempting to use as my logo is 620 X 165

  I just realized the file type is png. Does this have anything to do with it?

  PNG is an acceptable format.

  What theme are you using?

  Click on Customize on the left-hand toolbar. The page it brings you to should show a blue circle with a white outline next to items that can be edited in the Customize page, such as header image, main menu, and logo. Does the double logo have one circle or two?

  Do you mind sharing your site’s url?

  At the header image it shows only 1 blue circle with the white pencil. When I click on it to add the image, I upload it then “crop” it to have the entire image fit. Once I press done, it shows a double image on the header.

  Im using Elementor, so the theme I have to use with it is the Astra theme.

  Unfortunately I haven’t posted my site for the public just yet, because its a bit of a conflict of interest with my current job.

  If you’re using Elementor, then you must either have the business plan or be self-hosting.

  If you’re self-hosting, you’ll likely find more luck in the WordPress.org forums (which is oriented towards people who are using WordPress software to self-host) or by contacting your hosting provider.

  If you have the business plan, you should have access to staff support if no one here can help.

  Sorry I couldn’t solve the problem.
