Why does my blog redirect to the Home tab?

  I am not a competent blogger yet and need to know how to set what the “Home” tab on the front page does.

  Your front page is loading a list of recent posts on your blog right now. This is the default option for WordPress.com sites but you can change it if you like.

  You can set any other page on your blog as the front page at Settings > Reading in your Dashboard. We have more details on this as well.
