When will Brightcove be supported?

  I’m a user of Brightcove and was wondering when WordPress will make this service available for embedding their videos to the blogs. Why is YouTube OK and Brightcove not?

  There are so many services out there that right now that could be included and I would imagine staff are adding services based on the need of the majority of users. I would send a request into the staff through the feedback form and let them know your support of Brightcove.

  A link to it would help as well….

  edit: Looks like you have to apply for permission to embed videos on your site. Strange.
